Welcome to Jade X Sage. By accessing our website, purchasing a product, booking an appointment, or participating in a Jade X Sage experience, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

Please review these terms carefully before making a purchase or booking a service.

Products & Handmade Items

Jade X Sage products are handmade and may contain natural crystals, glass beads, seed beads, charms, metals, and other materials.

Because our pieces are handmade and many crystals are naturally occurring, slight variations in color, size, shape, texture, pattern, or overall appearance may occur. These variations are part of what makes each piece unique and are not considered defects.

Product colors may also appear slightly different depending on lighting, photography, and the settings of your device.

Waistbeads

Jade X Sage Waistbeads are intended for personal adornment and intentional use.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate sizing information when required and for following all care and wearing instructions provided by Jade X Sage.

Tie-on Waistbeads are designed for long-term wear and may need to be cut or broken to be removed. Jade X Sage is not responsible for damage caused by improper installation, sizing, removal, storage, or wear.

Custom Waistbead Orders

Custom Waistbead strands begin at $100 and include one to two crystal selections.

Customers may add up to five additional crystals for an additional $10 per crystal, for a maximum of seven crystal varieties in one custom strand.

Custom designs are created using the customer’s selected colors, intentions, crystal preferences, and other agreed-upon design details.

Because custom products are created specifically for the individual customer, custom orders are considered final once production has begun.

Customers are responsible for reviewing and approving their selections and providing accurate information before their custom design is created.

Final designs may vary slightly from mockups, inspiration photos, or digital representations due to crystal variations, bead availability, handmade construction, and overall design balance.

Crystal Healing Bracelets & Crystal Products

Jade X Sage offers products containing crystals that are traditionally associated with various spiritual, energetic, and metaphysical properties.

Information regarding crystals, energy, manifestation, chakras, intentions, or healing properties is provided for educational, spiritual, and entertainment purposes only.

Crystal products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease, medical condition, or mental health condition and should not replace professional medical, psychological, financial, or other professional advice or treatment.

Individual experiences with crystals may vary, and Jade X Sage does not guarantee specific outcomes or results.

Appointments & Shopping Experiences

Appointments are scheduled based on availability.

Customers are encouraged to arrive on time for their scheduled appointment. Late arrival may reduce the amount of time available for the appointment or require rescheduling depending on availability.

Any applicable booking fees, deposits, cancellation requirements, or rescheduling policies communicated during booking will apply to the appointment.

Private Shopping Experiences

Private Shopping Experiences are group experiences that allow guests to shop Jade X Sage products in a personalized setting.

Each booking includes the products or services specifically stated in the selected package. Additional products may be purchased separately during the experience.

The person making the reservation is responsible for providing accurate attendance information and communicating relevant booking information to their guests.

Travel fees or additional charges may apply depending on the location of the experience and will be disclosed before the booking is finalized.

Waistbead & Wine and Other Events

Admission to Jade X Sage classes, workshops, Waistbead & Wine experiences, and special events includes only the products, materials, and services specifically described in the event listing.

Event tickets and reservations may be subject to specific cancellation, transfer, or refund policies stated at the time of booking.

Participants are responsible for informing Jade X Sage of any relevant allergies or sensitivities before participating in activities involving fragrances, sage, candles, beverages, crystals, metals, or other materials.

Guests consuming alcoholic beverages are responsible for drinking responsibly and complying with all applicable age requirements and laws.

Pricing

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.

Jade X Sage reserves the right to change product pricing, service pricing, promotions, packages, or product availability at any time.

The price displayed at the time an order or booking is completed will generally apply to that transaction unless there is an obvious pricing or technical error.

Discounts and promotional offers cannot be combined unless specifically stated.

Payment

Payment is required according to the terms displayed during checkout or booking.

Orders and appointments are not considered confirmed until the required payment or deposit has been successfully processed.

Jade X Sage may offer payment options through third-party payment providers. Customers using these services are also subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable payment provider.

Returns, Exchanges, Repairs & Replacements

Due to the personal and handmade nature of Waistbeads and certain jewelry items, some products may be considered final sale for hygiene and customization reasons.

Custom Waistbeads and personalized products are final sale once production has begun unless the item arrives damaged or Jade X Sage made an error in fulfilling the order.

Repairs

Repairs may be available within 30 days of purchase.

Customers requesting a repair must provide a clear photograph of the damaged strand for review before a repair option can be confirmed.

Repair eligibility is determined by Jade X Sage based on the condition of the item, the nature of the damage, and the circumstances surrounding the repair request.

Approval is not automatic, and submission of a photograph does not guarantee that a repair will be provided.

Replacements

A replacement may be offered when Jade X Sage determines that replacement is the most appropriate resolution.

Customers requesting a replacement must provide a clear photograph of the damaged item before a replacement option can be reviewed or confirmed.

Replacement eligibility is determined on a case-by-case basis.

Jade X Sage reserves the right to determine whether an approved request will be resolved through a repair, replacement, or another appropriate option.

Damage That May Not Qualify

Normal wear and tear, accidental breakage, improper care, pulling, stretching, cutting, improper removal, improper storage, or other damage that occurs after purchase may not qualify for a complimentary repair or replacement.

Items damaged outside of the 30-day repair period may still be reviewed, but additional repair or replacement charges may apply if service is available.

Product Care

Customers are responsible for properly caring for their jewelry.

Exposure to chemicals, perfumes, lotions, oils, excessive moisture, pulling, stretching, friction, or improper storage may affect the appearance or durability of a product.

Natural crystals, beads, charms, and metal components may change in appearance over time with regular wear.

Proper care can help extend the life of your Jade X Sage pieces.

Order Accuracy

Customers are responsible for reviewing their order details before completing checkout.

Jade X Sage is not responsible for errors resulting from incorrect information submitted by the customer, including incorrect sizing, product selections, color choices, crystal choices, shipping information, or other custom details.

If an error is discovered, customers should contact Jade X Sage as soon as possible. Changes cannot be guaranteed once production or order fulfillment has begun.

Intellectual Property

All Jade X Sage branding, product names, original product descriptions, graphics, photographs, designs, event concepts, website content, educational materials, and other original content remain the property of Jade X Sage unless otherwise stated.

Content may not be reproduced, copied, sold, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without written permission from Jade X Sage.

Website Use

You agree not to use this website for unlawful purposes or in a way that interferes with the operation, security, or integrity of the website.

Jade X Sage reserves the right to refuse service, cancel orders, or restrict access when fraudulent, abusive, threatening, unlawful, or inappropriate activity is suspected.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Jade X Sage will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or misuse of our products, services, website, events, or information.

Customers are responsible for determining whether a product is appropriate for their individual needs, including any known allergies or sensitivities to metals, crystals, beads, fragrances, or other materials.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable consumer protection law.

Changes to These Terms

Jade X Sage reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time.

Any changes will become effective when the updated terms are published on our website. Continued use of our website, services, or products following an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
